C2Eventz’s professional production coordinators bring your events to life. On hand prior to and during your concert or ‘theme’ party, lecture or off-site meet-and-greet, we make sure all your production needs are planned, coordinated and executed with the utmost care. Our experience demands it.

We work to facilitate staging, state-of-the-art sound and lights, pyrotechnics and SPX. Our production coordinator ‘dress’ ballrooms, rent audio and video for recording, broadcast…or both. We can facilitate multiple one-day events or book separate sites for weekend-long entertainment. Off-site locations can be secured and any size party accommodated. We’ll even help work with your caterer for special menu requests.
